Changes to services
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, we have made the decision to reduce the number of patients having access to our sites.
GP and Nurse Practitioner appointments will be telephone consultations only.
Please contact us via telephone or use the online service to order your medication or to request a pre bookable telephone call back. You can also use our E-Consult service.
Please only attend the practice in person if you have an appointment or have been specifically asked to do so by a member of the practice team.
We ask that everyone wears a face covering or mask when attending and only come to the practice at the time of your appointment. Please do not arrive early or late and please come unaccompanied unless it is necessary for you to attend with someone.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE IF YOU HAVE HAD A POSITIVE COVID TEST IN THE LAST 10 DAYS.
Hartfields Medical Centre remains closed at this time.
It remains important that we continue to protect you and the safety of our staff
Whilst Coronavirus is infectious to children, it is rarely serious. If your child is unwell, it is likely to be a non-coronavirus illness, rather than coronavirus itself.
Whilst it is extremely important to follow Government advice to stay at home during this period, it can be confusing to know what to do when your child is unwell or injured.
Remember that NHS 111, GP's and Hospitals are still providing the same safe care that they have always done.
The link here will provide some direction on where to seek help depending on your child's symptoms:
